Woburn Coronavirus Case Growth Remains Low

WOBURN, MA — Woburn has reported just 13 new coronavirus cases in August, as of Friday, the city reported. Just two of those cases came on Aug. 10 or later.

Woburn had 688 total confirmed coronavirus cases and 220 people in isolation, as of Friday, the city reported.

The city has not reported any new deaths in over two months: as of Friday, 28 residents had died of the virus, a number that has remained steady since mid-June.

Four hundred thirty-nine residents have recovered from the virus.
