Woburn Coronavirus Case Growth Remains Low For Almost A Month

The city has not seen more than 10 new cases in a daily update since May 10.

WOBURN, MA — Woburn's coronavirus case growth has remained low for almost a month, since its last major increase on May 10. After adding 43 cases that day, each successive day has seen 10 or fewer new cases.

The total is now 582, the city reported, up from 474 on May 10. A majority of those patients, 319, have recovered. Twenty-seven have died and 236 have active cases.

Another 85 residents are in quarantine for potential exposure.
