Woburn Coronavirus Update: 47 Confirmed Cases, 10 Recovered
Ten residents have been taken out of isolation, as of Thursday afternoon, the city said.
WOBURN, MA — Woburn has 47 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus, according to the lastest city update Thursday. There are 35 active cases, with 10 recoveries and two deaths. There were 42 confirmed cases in the city Wednesday.
Fourty-nine residents are in quarantine for potential exposure, while 36 have been released from quarantine.
The statewide total is now 8,966, with 156 deaths. The majority of the deaths are in the last three days.
