Woburn Friends of Hospice host Dining for a Cause
Take a night off from cooking to support local nonprofit VNA Hospice & Palliative Care
The Woburn Friends of VNA Hospice & Palliative Care will be hosting Dining for a Cause on Tuesday, April 17, from 4 to 10 p.m. at The Green’s Grille & Pub, 5 Country Club Road, Woburn.
Green’s Grille will donate 10% of food sales that night to support hospice care for terminally ill individuals and their loved ones. (Let your server know you are there for Dining for a Cause.)
Established in 1979, VNA Hospice & Palliative is based in Woburn. The nonprofit provides care, comfort, and compassionate support to individuals and families facing the challenges of terminal illness and loss. Care focuses on managing pain and symptoms so patients can remain at home and live each day to the fullest. Hospice care is provided in patients’ homes, nursing facilities, assisted living communities and other settings.

The Woburn Friends of VNA Hospice & Palliative Care are a group of volunteers dedicated to raising awareness of and support for hospice care. In addition to Dining for a Cause, the volunteers are currently planning the 21st annual Step Out for Hospice in Woburn on Sunday, Sept. 30.
