The accused Percocet dealer is a Winchester Department of Public Works employee.

WOBURN, MA -- Winchester Police arrested a Woburn man Wednesday after observing a suspected drug deal in a parking lot off of Swanton Street. Jeffrey Gangi, 47, of Woburn, was arraigned in Woburn District Court Thursday on charges of distribution of a Class B substance.
