Woburn Man Arrested at Four Corners McDonald's

A 49-year-old Woburn man was arrested Friday night at the Four Corners McDonald’s.

Duane Domek, of 171 Old Cambridge Road, was charged with lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct and possession of a Class A drug.

Police responded to the McDonald’s at 187 Cambridge Road at about 9:10 p.m. for a report of a male acting suspiciously. He was “swatting flies that weren’t there” and partially pulling down his pants but not exposing himself, according to the caller.

Police allegedly found Domek in a bathroom stall with three syringes of heroin. A witness told police Domek had also urinated on the side of the McDonald’s in plain view.

Police said Domek continually apologized for his behavior during the booking process.
