Woburn Memorial High School Named 'National Model School': Report
The school is one of eight high schools in the United States that were selected.

WOBURN, MA — Woburn Memorial High School was recently given national recognition by the International Center for Leadership in Education (ICLE), reports the Woburn Advocate.
According to the report, WMHS was named a National Model School, given to schools that are "ahead of the curve in implementing positive change." WMHS was one of 25 schools and eight high schools that were selected.
School officials were asked to apply for the ward after "dramatic improvement in MCAS scores last year, reports the Advocate.
