Three Drug Arrests Result in $57k Being Seized
Woburn Police helped Medford law enforcement in seizing more than 200 oxycodone pills and illegal steroids.
MEDFORD, MA—Woburn Police assisted the Medford Police Drug Control Unit and the Drug Enforcement Agency in the arrest of three area drug dealers.
According to a release from the Medford Police Department, police arrested Eric Gullage, 41, of Medford; James Laureus, 36, of Everett; and Mason Conroy, 42, of Medford on drug distribution and trafficking charges. Officers also seized numerous baggies containing crack cocaine and oxycodone pills from the arrest of Laureus, as well as over 200 oxycodone pills, illegal steroids and over $57,000 in cash from the arrest of Conroy.
Police arrested Gullage on Ship Ave. in Medford on March 24. They witnessed him conduct a sale of oxycodone and observed a white van involved with the transaction. Officers later stopped the white van, which was being operated by Laureus.

In conjunction with the investigation into Gullage, police also executed a search warrant at Conroy's residence at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday. The cash seized from Conroy's arrest is believed to be the proceeds from illegal drug sales.
Laureus was charged with trafficking in cocaine over 36 grams, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (oxycodone), distribution of a Class B substance (oxycodone), and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Gullage was charged with the distribution of a Class B controlled substance (oxycodone), subsequent offense and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Conroy was charged with trafficking a Class A drug (oxycodone) over 18 grams, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug (oxycodone) and possession with intent to distribute a Class E drug (steroids).
