Woburn Softball Team Learns Playoff Opponent
It's playoff time for the Lady Tanners as they hit the diamond for at least one more game.
The Woburn High School softball team recently finished up a strong regular season campaign. Next stop, the playoffs.
Following a 12-8 year on the diamond, the locals snagged the No. 13 seed in the North Division 1 tournament as was revealed on Tuesday by the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association.
Thanks to that mark, the Lady Tanners earned a home game that is scheduled for Thursday at 3:30 p.m.

Woburn will host Bishop Fenwick, which grabbed the No. 20 seed in the postseason behind an 11-11 record this year.
