'Woburn Unites' Vigil Set for Thursday
The vigil will be held to show support to police and to send a welcoming message.

WOBURN, MA—Woburn 411, Social Capital Inc. and the City of Woburn will be hosting a vigil entitled the 'Woburn Unites Vigil.'
On July 21, the groups invite all members of the Woburn community to gather at Woburn Common for a vigil which will support local police and to send a message that Woburn is a welcoming community.
On its Facebook event, the groups point out that the purpose of the event is to show the community's unity and support police as well as all members of the community.

The event is using the social media tag #WoburnUnites to promote and discuss the event.
