Jeanne Ciampa, 25, of Woburn, was arrested on Tuesday at the Gap, after police were called there on a report of a suspicious person, confirmed police spokesperson Lt. Cara Rossi to Patch. Police during a search found items from the Lego Store, Bear Port and Roster, the items valued at $370. Ciampa told police she wanted to buy the items for her children, but didn't have the money for them. Ciampa was charged with shoplifting by concealment and receiving stolen property under $250 (three counts). She will be arraigned on Thursday.
