Woburn's 2016 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.

WOBURN, MA — There are seven level 3 sex offenders living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the city as of Oct. 14, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.

  • Brendan O’Doherty, 48, lives at 31-2 Arlington Rd., convicted of assault of a child with intent to rape, rape and abuse of child, and five counts of indecent A/B on a child under 14 in 2002.
  • Jesus Ubilez, 49, lives at 1082 Main St., works at 325 New Boston St., convicted on three counts of rape of a child by force in 1986.
  • Ronald Reaves, 55, works at 17 Everberg Rd., convicted of o/s rape and abuse of child in 2001.
  • George Sallop, 41, works at 43 Common St. in Woburn. He was convicted of rape of a child by force and open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior in 2002.
  • Rafael Cruz Gonzalez, 43, works at 3 Gill St. He was convicted in 2005 of charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older and rape and abuse of a child
  • Jeffrey S. Wing, 47, of 7A John St. in Woburn was convicted in 2010 of indecent assault and battery on a person with an intellectual disability.
  • Levia Worsley, 53, works at 160 Olympia Ave. He was convicted of two counts indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 in 2002.
