WorldFest This Sunday -- Schedule Announced

WorldFest is an annual multicultural festival with performances, food, kids activities, crafts and more. Coming up on Sunday, May 19.

WOBURN, MA -- WorldFest is returning on Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 1-5 pm at Library Field, 63 Harrison Ave. in Woburn. This annual multicultural festival celebrates ethnic diversity and cultural traditions from around the world. Visitors can enjoy a variety of performances, craft vendors, children's activities and food from countries across the globe. We are very excited to announce the amazing performance lineup for this year's WorldFest:

Move and Inspire Japanese Hip-Hop 1:30 p.m.
Imperial Lion Dance 2 p.m.
Bollywood Dance 2:30 p.m.
Korean Fan Dance 2:40 p.m.
Shaila School of Dance - 3 p.m.
Greg Coles African Dance and Drumming 4 p.m.

We invite people of all ages and backgrounds to come together on Library Field to celebrate the diverse heritages that make up our communities! Please note that this is a FREE family event but food and craft vendors will charge for purchases. In the event of rain, our rain location will be at Woburn Memorial High School, 88 Montvale Ave., Woburn.

This event is coordinated by Social Capital Inc. and the YMCA International Learning Center, along with outreach partners Winchester Multicultural Network and The Shepherd's House.
