1 Dead, 1 Hurt After Stabbing In Worcester
A 40-year-old is now facing charges after the incident.
WORCESTER, MA — One person died after a stabbing in Worcester on Thursday night, according to the Worcester Police Department.
40-year-old Tailor Albert Quinonez is facing charges after police responded to a stabbing in the area of 544 Main St. near Federal Square at around 8:30 p.m. A victim was suffering stab wounds to the torso, police said.
The victim flagged down a passerby, who called the police, and the person was taken to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

Another individual, later identified as Quinonez, was located near the scene with a wound to his forehead and a cut on his hand, police said. After an investigation, Worcester detectives arrested him and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and armed assault with intent to murder.
