Downtown-Area Worcester Building Damaged In Fire
A three-alarm fire Friday morning displaced an adult and several children.

WORCESTER, MA — A three-alarm fire seriously damaged an historic home in the downtown-area Friday morning.
Worcester firefighters responded to the 14 William St. fire just after 7:30 a.m. The fire quickly grew to two alarms, and firefighters struck a third alarm around 8 a.m.
The Red Cross responded to the scene to help an adult and several children displaced by the fire, the nonprofit said.
