West Brookfield Crash: Towns Grieve As 3 Students Die

There were grief counselors available at Quaboag Regional Middle High School​ Wednesday.

WEST BROOKFIELD, MA — Quaboag Regional Middle High School had grief counselors on hand Wednesday, just one day day after three students were killed in a crash in West Brookfield. Two girls and one boy died when their car veered off Douglas Road, struck a tree, and rolled over around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Police are investigating what led to the crash.

On Facebook, police in Warren commented on the "horrible accident," and West Brookfield Police offered "thoughts and prayers." The school serves both towns.

West Brookfield is a small Worcester County town of less than 4,000. It is located about 20 miles west of Worcester.
