3 Free Coronavirus Testing Events In Worcester This Week
The events come after Worcester reported its first increase in cases in two weeks.

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester will have three pop-up coronavirus testing events this week, which will complement more permanent testing sites operating under the state's Stop the Spread campaign.
The testing pop-ups come as Worcester reports its first increase in cases in two weeks, and the second-largest increase this summer. Also this weekend, Holy Cross officials reported a coronavirus outbreak linked to an off-campus party.
The pop-up testing sites will occur during these times:
UMass Memorial/Main South CDC, 875 Main St.
Aug. 31, noon to 4 p.m.
Walk-up only, no appointment needed
Lakeside Apartments, 42 Lakeside Ave.
Sept. 2, 2 to 6 p.m.
Walk-up only, no appointment needed
Community Health Link, 72 Jaques Ave.
Sept. 3, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
