$3K Stroller Stolen From Worcester Family: Police Seek Tips
A 5-year-old with special needs relies on the wheelchair-style stroller to get around, according to Worcester police.

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester police are seeking help tracking down an expensive stroller stolen used by a special needs child from a city home this week.
The wheelchair-style stroller — valued at nearly $3,000 — was taken from in front of a Union Hill home near the intersection of Dorchester and Providence streets around 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
The child's father was getting the 5-year-old ready for school when it was stolen, police said.
"When [the father] went out to put the child into the stroller, it was gone. The child relies on this wheelchair style stroller and the replacement value is about $2,800," police said in a social media post on Saturday.
Anyone who's seen the stroller can contact Worcester police detectives at (508) 799-8651. You can also send an anonymous tip to police via the department website.
