Amanda Pitts Named CEO of Recovery Centers of America at Westminster
Brings nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience focused on mental health and addiction treatment

Recovery Centers of America, providing an innovative, evidence-based approach to addiction treatment, has named Amanda Pitts Chief Executive Officer of Recovery Centers of America at Westminster.
Pitts has nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience focused on mental health and addiction treatment. In her role at Recovery Centers of America at Westminster, Pitts will be responsible for driving positive patient outcomes while delivering the highest level of services and quality of care that is responsive to patients’ needs.

Pitts joins Recovery Centers of America from The Coleman Institute For Addiction Medicine where she served as Executive Director. She previously held leadership roles at HEMA, Spectrum Health Systems, and South Bay Mental Health Center.
“Amanda brings tremendous experience to Recovery Centers of America,” said Jameson Pinette, Regional Vice President, Recovery Centers of America. “She is a dynamic leader with a depth of experience in healthcare, including mental health and addiction treatment in both residential and community settings. Her ability to manage cross functional teams and communicate effectively to staff, patients, and families will prove beneficial as she leads the team in Westminster.

Pitts, who lives in Hanson, Massachusetts, earned a bachelor’s degree in social psychology, and a master’s degree in applied sociology, both from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She holds an Alcohol and Drug Counselor 1 license and is certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
