Amazon 4-star Store Opening At Shoppes At Blackstone Valley

MILLBURY, MA — The second Amazon 4-star store in Massachusetts will soon open in the Worcester area.

The store is under construction at the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley plaza in Millbury. The store is replacing a Justice clothing shop, and will be located between an Old Navy and a Sephora cosmetics store.

Amazon opened its first 4-star store at the Natick Mall in fall 2019. The stores sell only products that have high customer reviews on the Amazon website. The Seattle-based company has not set an exact opening date yet for the Millbury store.

Amazon has increased its footprint in the Worcester area in just the last few years. The company recently held a grand opening for a new robotics facility in Westborough. Amazon is also opening two new distribution centers in Worcester — one near the airport, the other replacing the former Greendale Mall. Amazon also operates warehouses in Milford and Northborough.
