WORCESTER, MA — The suspect who was wanted in connection with a triple shooting that happened last year in Worcester has officially been apprehended.
Worcester resident Xabiel Feliciano was wanted in connection with a shooting at Guertin's Cafe, at 139 Grand St., on Dec. 29, 2025. The incident left three people injured, according to officials.
Feliciano was arrested on Wednesday morning in North Providence, RI, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Officials said this was the result of a two-month fugitive investigation conducted by multiple agencies.

Last month, Worcester police sought the public's assistance in finding Feliciano, whom they described as armed and dangerous, and urged people to use caution. His last known address was 61 Chandler St. in Worcester.
Worcester police said Feliciano was wanted on charges including assault with a dangerous weapon and numerous firearm-related offenses from the shooting.
Feliciano has since been charged with two counts of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, three counts of Vandalizing Property, and one count each of Use of a Firearm during a Felony, Discharging a Firearm within 500 feet of a Dwelling, Carrying a Loaded Firearm Without a License, Carrying Ammunition without an FID (Firearms Identification Card), Disturbing the Peace and Disorderly Conduct, according to the U.S. Marshal's.
“The successful apprehension of Feliciano demonstrates the effectiveness of our Fugitive Task Force partnerships,” said U.S. Marshal Dennis Matulewicz. “Through close collaboration with the Worcester Police Department, the Massachusetts State Police, and our colleagues in Rhode Island, we were able to locate and arrest this fugitive wanted in connection with a triple shooting. This case underscores our commitment to pursuing violent offenders and ensuring they face justice.”
