“We are happy to support the Saint Paul Diocesan Junior-Senior High School with our ENDD Grant,” DA Early stated Tuesday. “These grants help provide safe post-prom or post-graduation events and deter impaired driving or other risky activities.”

The office thanked Father José Carvajal and members of the junior class for joining the announcement.

The Worcester County DA’s Office has described the grant program as funding adult-organized, drug- and alcohol-free alternatives to the high-risk activities that can follow end-of-year celebrations for high school students.

The program annually supports events at more than 20 schools across Worcester County.

Saint Paul Diocesan Junior-Senior High School is a Catholic school serving grades 7-12 at 144 Granite St. in Worcester. Father José Carvajal is the school's headmaster.
