City Celebrates Buyer For Worcester County Courthouse
The old courthouse will become a combination of retail and housing.

WORCESTER, MA—The city is celebrating officially the sale of the former Worcester County Courthouse, which will ultimately be the home of apartments and retail, according to reports.
Trinity Financial has purchased the old courthouse property for $53 million, and the cityis hosting a deed signing event open to the public on Thursday, Jan. 4, at 12:15 p.m. at the Levi Lincoln Chamber in City Hall, reports the Worcester Business Journal.
Trinity plans to start construction in the fall of this year.
