Closures Coming To Mass Pike Ramps Near Worcester
The closures this week will affect east and westbound traffic, and drivers exiting at Route 122 in Millbury.
WORCESTER, MA — Mass Pike drivers in the Worcester area should be aware of overnight closures coming this week that will mainly affect exit 96 near Millbury.
Beginning Thursday at 9 p.m., MassDOT will close eastbound and westbound lanes near the exit, which connects to Route 122/Grafton Road. Around 10 p.m., MassDOT will close the eastbound on-ramp from Route 122. Drivers needing to enter I-90 at Route 122 during the closure will be directed west to the on-ramps at Route 146.
During the closures, construction crews will be installing a new I-beam along an overpass at exit 96.
Both closures will end by around 5 a.m. on Friday, according to MassDOT.
