Detours Around Route 146 Bridge All Week During Work: MassDOT
The Route 20 bridge connecting the Mass Pike and Route 146 will be impacted each day this week.
MILLBURY, MA — Starting Tuesday, drivers will have to detour around a bridge that connects the Mass Pike to Route 146 each night.
According to MassDOT, crews will be out between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m. Tuesday to Friday performing repairs on the Route 20 bridge, which has under construction all summer and into fall.
"During the work, all traffic coming from I-90/Route 20 looking to access Route 146 northbound and southbound will be directed to follow the signed detour signage in place," MassDOT said in a traffic bulletin.
For drivers headed to Worcester, the I-290 interchange in Auburn provides a northbound route into the city.
