Driver Charged After Serious 3-Car Worcester Collision
The 66-year-old driver ran a stop sign and drove into Grafton Street, causing a crash that hospitalized two people.

WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man is facing charges after a three-car crash along Grafton Street Wednesday afternoon that left two people seriously injured.
According to Worcester police, a 66-year-old driver ignored a stop sign near the intersection of Standish and Grafton street and T-boned a small Honda sedan with two people inside, police said. The collision pushed the Honda into the westbound traffic lane, where another driver collided with it.
The two people in the Honda were trapped and had to be rescued from the crumpled vehicle by Worcester firefighters. They were eventually take to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.

The 66-year-old driver is facing charges of driving without a license, operating negligently to endanger and a stop sign violation.
