Fuel Spill On I-290 In Worcester Closes Exit
The fuel spill Wednesday morning was one of two incident blocking traffic in the region.

WORCESTER, MA — Two separate crashes were causing backups along highways in the Worcester area Wednesday morning, including one crash along I-290 involving a fuel spill.
According to MassDOT, part of exit 13 along I-290 was closed for the spill cleanup. That exit empties into Kelley Square.
Meanwhile, Millbury firefighters responded to the eastbound lanes of the Mass Pike near the Route 146 interchange after a semitrailer rolled over against a guardrail. There were no injuries, firefighters said.
