WORCESTER, MA — A 31-year-old Leicester man was charged on Friday in the death of a woman found unconscious at a Worcester massage parlor on Thanksgiving morning.Worcester police said Marcel Santos-Padgett was found in Haverall and was charged with armed assault to murder in the death of a woman <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/worcester/police-investigate-death-massage-parlor-worcester" target="_blank" rel="noopener">found late Thursday morning at Angie's Body Work Spa on Pleasant Street</a>.Police said they were called to the spa on Thursday for a report of a woman experiencing a possible medical issue. Police said she was unconscious when they arrived and pronounced dead by Worcester EMS."The death appears to be suspicious," police said on Thursday.Those with any information about the case are encouraged to send an anonymous text to 274637 or call the Worcester Police Detective Bureau at 508-799-8651.
