Man Charged With Stabbing Murder Brought Back to Massachusetts from Puerto Rico
One of two men charged in the stabbing death of a woman in Worcester is back in the city to face those charges.

WORCESTER, MA—A man who was charged with the stabbing death of a woman on a street in Worcester last December is back in Worcester to face those charges.
Pedro Solis was ordered held without bail on Thursday after being arraigned on a murder charge in Worcester Superior Court in the Dec. 2 stabbing death of Cherise Hill, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
A Worcester County grand jury indicted Mr. Solis, 27, on March 22. He was arrested in Puerto Rico on June 16 and brought back to Worcester on Wednesday night.
Judge Janet Kenton-Walker continued his case to Aug. 23.
A co-defendant, Kevin Miranda, has also been charged with murder and is being held without bail. His next court date is Aug. 10.
The body of Hill, 31, was found on the side of the road near 20 Murray Ave. early in the morning of Dec. 2.
