At about 5:50 a.m. Tuesday, officers entered the apartment They found a loaded handgun and what appeared to be crack cocaine packaged for distribution. Debric Sweeney, 54, and Shara Latham, 41, of Oxford, were charged with trafficking in a class B substance, possession of a firearm without an firearm ID card, improper storage of a firearm, use of a firearm in a felony, and possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card.
