WORCESTER, MA - The new chief of police, Paul Saucier, spoke for the first time in public on Tuesday about the Department of Justice probe into the Worcester Police Department (WPD), according to WCVB.
Saucier discussed the city's response to the report into the WPD, which claimed officers used excessive force and committed sexual wrongdoing in prostitution investigations, and outlined changes they'd be making in the department.
