Recovery Centers of America (RCA) at Westminster recently donated Christmas gifts to children in need in the community. Andrew Loescher, the Westminster Police Department School Resource Officer worked with the Westminster school system to identify children who could use a little holiday magic. RCA provided the gifts to the Westminster Police Department to distribute to the families in need.
