MILLBURY, MA — One person died and another was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a collision Wednesday morning along a Mass Pike ramp in Millbury. The crash happened just before 9:30 a.m. along the Route 20 connector to the Mass Pike. An SUV crossed over a median diving two lanes and hit a box truck head-on, according to state police. One victim died at the scene, but police did not say which vehicle they were traveling in. The collision shut down the Mass Pike ramps in the area until around 1 p.m. State police are still investigating what caused the SUV to collide with the box truck. <figure class="r-embed"><blockquote class="twitter-tweet">At 9:21 am all companies responded to the Mass Pike on ramp at 10A for a serious accident. When you arrive, please follow the cones and directions from the workers. Bring your vehicle as close to the truck or dumpster as possible. Feel free to remain in your vehicle, our workers will unload your items for you.
Residents from all towns and communities are welcome to recycle. The event will be rain or shine. Computer hard drives will be destroyed during the recycling process, but can be removed on-site at the event for an additional charge. Cash payment is preferred, but checks will be an acceptable form of payments over $30.

<ul><li>Go on a tractor ride through the fields around the campus.</li><li>Go inside our state-of-the-art anatomy lab to see plastination samples and large animal skeletons. </li><li>Visit the Joseph Kelley, D.V.M. Simulation Lab to view and touch simulation animal models.</li><li>Participate in hands-on learning activities, including horseshoe painting, pinecone bird feeders, and more about the Cummings School programs.</li><li>Bring your stuffies to get their boo-boos bandaged at our teddy bear clinic.</li><li>Stop by the SAVMA store table to pick up some merch.</li><li>Learn about Tufts PAWS for People program, a therapy animal program that provides education, evaluation and mentorship for individuals looking to do visits with their pet. </li><li>Grab food at Elm's Cafe.</li></ul>
For the safety of the demonstration animals and all visitors, pets are not allowed on campus during the event. Service animals will continue to be welcome.
Tufts Wildlife Clinic, Henry and Lois Foster Hospital for Small Animals, and Hospital for Large Animal will only be open for scheduled appointments and emergencies and not part of the Open House event.
