By The Slice: New Pizza Place Opening in Worcester
Antonio's Pizza by the Slice is expanding to open up a new location in Worcester, soon.

WORCESTER, MA — Antonio’s Pizza by the Slice is opening its doors at 268 Chandler Street in Worcester in May.
The restaurant will feature all of its unique pizza combinations, with the addition of an expanded menu of appetizers, fresh salads and pasta dishes. Antonio’s will also offer a 45-foot bar with more than 24 craft beers on tap.
The restaurant, newly built with a $3 million dollar price tag, will seat 180 and feature an open kitchen concept, al fresco dining and complimentary parking. The Worcester location is the only existing location that will also include a call-ahead, drive-up pick-up window for ease of take-home orders, said an announcement.

With a shabby-chic, industrial, urban design, the restaurant promotes a casual feel.
The restaurant will also showcase a large mural wall that depicts highlights of the surrounding area and local universities.

“We are so excited to open our doors to the Worcester community,” said Bill Kitsilis, CEO Antonio’s Pizza by the Slice Kitchen & Bar, in a statement. “I was born in Worcester and my family has a long heritage in the area, my grandfather worked at Table Talk Pies for over 30 years and I spent my summers here from childhood through my teenage years. The City has become a true dining destination and we’re thrilled to be able to service the local community and the wealth of excellent universities and colleges that surround us.”
Antonio’s is scheduled to open its doors in May and will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., seven days a week.
