Victims Killed In Route 20 Collision Identified: DA
The collision happened near the entrance of the Tree House brewery on Thursday morning.
CHARLTON, MA — The two people killed in a collision near the entrance to Tree House Brewing along Route 20 in Charlton have been identified by the Worcester County District Attorney's Office.
Joseph Tomlin Jr., 25, of Sturbridge, was riding eastbound along Route 20 on a motorcycle around 11 a.m. Thursday when he collided with a driver in a Subaru Legacy making a left turn from the westbound lanes into Tree House.
Tomlin died along with Diane Dwyer, 58, of Webster, a passenger in the Subaru Legacy.
The exact cause of the crash was still under investigation by state police as of Friday, according to the DA's office.
