Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. And every person's experience is uniquely their own. You may feel emotional. You may feel peaceful. You may gain a new perspective. The 31-year-old was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. Police arrested Samuel Peckham, 28, at the scene. He was charged with assault and battery with a gun and armed assault to murder. Peckham pleaded not guilty at a court appearance Wednesday in Worcester, according to the court clerk, and his next court date is Jan. 10. Worcester hasn't had a homicide since late October, when a 28-year-old man was shot and killed <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/worcester/qcc-worcester-schools-locked-down-after-shooting" target="_blank" rel="noopener">at a Burncoat home</a>.
