WORCESTER, MA—Update: The woman killed on Thursday in an accident involving a dump truck on Ernest Ave. has been identified as Patricia Lemay, 81, of Worcester, reported Worcester police.

The victim, who was struck around 9 a.m. on Ernest Ave. in Worcester, has not been identified, reports CBS Boston.
The woman who is believed to have lived in the neighborhood was in her 70s, reports MassLive Worcester. It appears the vehicle was dropping off equipment and the woman walked in front of the truck, pinning her and dragging her 30 feet, Sgt. Kerry Hazelhurst told MassLive.
