Worcester Airport Targets College Students With Free Tickets
Massport and several airlines are giving away six round trip tickets in the "Worcester College Sweepstakes."

WORCESTER, MA — To entice the thousands of local college students to take advantage of nearby Worcester Regional Airport, Massport and several large airlines are mounting a ticket giveaway.
The "Worcester College Sweepstakes" began on Monday. Massport, which operates the airport, along with JetBlue, American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines will give six free round trip tickets out of Worcester to students at eight city colleges and universities.
"We encourage the Worcester college community to fly Worcester, whether they’re planning for Spring Break or summer vacation or looking to study abroad," Worcester Regional Airport Director Andy Davis said in a press release. "We are an affordable option to travel with nonstop flights to New York, Philadelphia, Detroit, Orlando, and Ft. Lauderdale and connections to over 120 destinations around the world."
Any undergrad or graduate student 18 or older enrolled at Becker College, Holy Cross, Clark, UMass Medical School, WPI, Worcester State, the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and Quinsigamond Community College can enter the sweepstakes. Visit the Massport website to enter.
Worcester Regional Airport is located at 375 Airport Drive in the Tatnuck area — about a mile as the crow flies from Worcester State.
