WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery last month.

On Dec. 1, police responded to a call at the Flower Shop at 120 Stafford St. for a report of an armed robbery.

A man had entered the store and demanded cash while brandishing a knife before fleeing on foot. Police checked the area but were unable to find the man.

Following an investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Tommie-Lee Goddard, 55, of Stafford Street, for armed robbery while masked.

Police responded to a call Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at 68 Stafford St. for a report of a disorderly person. Police arrived and recognized Goddard, who was charged with armed robbery.
