The 27-year-old is facing several charges.
WORCESTER, MA — A man in Worcester is now facing charges after police found a gun in his vehicle when he refused to move up in a drive-thru, according to the Worcester Police Department.
Police responded to a fast-food restaurant on Shrewsbury Street overnight Friday after reports of a male driver, later identified as 27-year-old Aaron Wade, who refused to move forward in the drive-thru, WPD said.
After multiple requests from police asking Wade to move up, police said that officers saw a knife under the driver's seat.
Wade was arrested, and police found a green satchel with a black firearm in it inside of his vehicle. Officers confirmed he didn't have a license to carry, and the gun was reported stolen, according to police.
Wade is now facing several charges, including Carrying a Firearm without a License, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon (x2), Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, Disturbing the Peace, and Disorderly Conduct.
