Worcester Restauranteur Will Not See Jail Time: Report
The local restaurant owner will not be jailed for the assault that took place inside City Hall.

WORCESTER, MA - A Worcester man charged for assault in an incident inside City Hall will not see any jail time, according to the Telegram & Gazette.
John Piccolo's assault charge was continued without a finding, a judge ruled in Worcester Central District Court. He changed his plea to guilty on Friday, and was facing an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon offense.
The assault was caught on camera, and it showed a man in a dark hat spraying paint on local artist David Webb outside the Esther Howland Chamber. Webb swung at the man, and then nearly crashed into a display case.
Piccolo, 65, owns Piccolo's restaurant at 157 Shrewsbury St.
