Worcester Schools Custodian, Comedian Appears On 'Kelly Clarkson Show' With Daughter

WORCESTER, MA — A custodian at Worcester Public Schools who also works as a comedian went on a popular NBC talk show this week.

James Corrao, better known as "Jimmy Cash", a popular comedian and janitor at Worcester Public Schools, appeared on the "Kelly Clarkson Show" on Monday, along with his daughter, Annabelle, who is a substitute teacher at WPS.

James Corrao, who has a massive following on social media, is known for sharing a wide range of life experiences, including working as a janitor for 20 years, being a dad, and his long-term sobriety.

It seems the pair was selected for Clarkson's "What I'm Liking" segment, which showcases heartwarming, viral, or uplifting content. The segment closes the show with a positive moment.

Corrao's story has been covered by major outlets, including the TODAY Show in 2025. That was after the creator went viral in November for sharing a video of his daughter teaching while he works as a janitor at the same school.
