$1M MI Mega Millions Ticket Still Unclaimed, Expiring Soon

The winner has until March 17 to claim the prize or the money will go to the state School Aid Fund​, according to the Michigan Lottery.

MICHIGAN — A $1 million Mega Millions prize that was drawn nearly a year ago is still unclaimed and expiring soon, according to Michigan Lottery officials.

The winning ticket, which was drawn on March 17, 2023, was sold at the CVS Pharmacy, located at 18130 West 10 Mile Road in Southfield, according to Michigan Lottery officials.

The winning ticket matched the five white balls drawn: 26-28-29-39-49, according to Michigan Lottery officials.

The winner has until March 17 to claim the prize or the money will go to the state School Aid Fund, according to Michigan Lottery officials.

"Mega Millions tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date. Since March 17 is a Sunday, the prize must be claimed by 4:45 p.m. on March 15," according to Michigan Lottery officials.

The winner should call the Lottery’s Player Relations division at 844-917-6325 to schedule an appointment to collect the big prize, which must be claimed at the Lottery’s headquarters in Lansing.
