4 Dead, 1 Seriously Hurt In Lenawee County Crash: Police

MACON TOWNSHIP, MI — Four men were killed and another man was critically injured after two pickup trucks collided at a Lenawee County intersection, according to Michigan State Police.

Officials said a white Ford F-150 pickup was driving south on Britton Highway at Milwaukee Road in Macon Township at 10:30 a.m. when it was struck by a gray Ford F-250 pickup that was driving east on Milwaukee Road.

The driver and two passengers from the Ford F-150 were killed in the crash, officials said.

A third passenger from the Ford F-150 was taken to ProMedica Hickman Hospital, where he died from his injuries, officials said.

Officials said all four men (ages 35, 33, 23 and 18) were from Lenawee County.

The driver of the F-250 was taken to St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor with life-threatening injuries, officials said.

Officials identified the F-250 driver as a 55-year-old man from Lenawee County.

No further details were released by police.
