"Huntington regularly reviews its distribution network and makes adjustments to ensure we have the right mix of branches, ATMs and digital banking to meet our customers’ evolving needs," bank officials said in a statement. "This review includes branch openings, renovations and, in some instances, closures and consolidations."
Officials added there's a Huntington branch within 10 minutes of each location that's being closed.
Huntington Bank will still operate 286 locations across Michigan, maintaining its position as the largest physical bank branch network in the state.
