MICHIGAN — A 62-year-old Flint man is in trouble after police said he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 6-year-old boy inside the bathroom of the former Rock & Roll McDonald's in downtown Chicago on Sunday, police announced.

Bryan Sutton was charged with criminal sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping. He was also charged with battering the security guard, 61, who attempted to detain him after the guard entered the bathroom.

Sutton was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday in Chicago on the charges stemming from the incident that took place around 6 p.m. on Sunday. The Chicago Tribune, citing the police report, said the guard recognized the man from previous incidents and walked into the stall to find Sutton “holding” the boy’s body and with one hand on the boy’s bottom (over his pants) and the other with his hand in the boy’s shirt.

The newspaper reported that Sutton then squared up to fight officers when they arrived and eventually tased the suspect.
