Heather Farmer and Nick West elevated to senior manager; Lindsey Janzen and Kenzie Trierweiler promoted to manager
Maner Costerisan, a leading full-service public accounting and consulting firm, is proud to announce four team promotions. Heather Farmer, CGFM®, and Nick West, CPA, have been promoted to senior manager, while Lindsey Janzen, CPA, and Kenzie Trierweiler, CPA, have been promoted to manager roles.

Heather Farmer, CGFM®, a senior manager in the accounting and outsourced solutions department, brings eight years of specialized experience in governmental accounting. Joining Maner in 2022, Heather provides accounting and consulting support to municipalities across Michigan. She holds a Certified Government Financial Manager® certification and is an active member of the Michigan Government Finance Officers Association, serving on its Membership and Wellness Committee and Professional Development Committee. A resident of Orion Township, she was recognized as one of Oakland County’s Elite 40 Under 40 in 2020. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting processes and two master’s degrees from Walsh College.
Nick West, CPA, a senior manager in the audit department, joined Maner in 2017 after two internships with the firm. Nick provides audit services to small and midsize businesses, school districts, and nonprofit clients, while also contributing to the firm’s manufacturing team through thought leadership content. A member of the firm’s Career Development Committee, Nick is passionate about mentoring and professional growth. A graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting, Nick holds an advanced single audit certification from the AICPA. He is a resident of Lansing.

Manager Promotions:
Lindsey Janzen, CPA, a manager in the accounting and outsourced solutions department, specializes in supporting nonprofit clients with accounting, bookkeeping, audit preparation, and grant management. She also coordinates the department’s website and thought leadership efforts, ensuring clients stay informed about the latest insights. Lindsey discovered her passion for accounting at Michigan State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Inspired by her father’s positive experiences as a longtime client of Maner, Lindsey, a Laingsburg resident, is passionate about delivering exceptional service to her clients.
Kenzie Trierweiler, CPA, promoted to manager in the audit department, began her career at Maner Costerisan as an intern in 2019. She focuses on audit engagements with expertise in the affordable housing and education sectors. A graduate of Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance, Kenzie chose public accounting for its variety and growth opportunities. Before joining Maner, Kenzie served as an intramural supervisor and club sports treasurer at Ferris State University, where she also sat on the finance board. Kenzie credits her sister, Kasey, who also works at Maner, for shaping her personal and professional growth. Kenzie resides in Haslett.
