SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN — Multiple rounds of rain are likely this holiday weekend across southeastern Michigan, according to the National Weather Service.

High temperatures will climb back into the 50s under sunny skies across southeastern Michigan Thursday and Friday before widespread rain showers move into the area Saturday and Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

The first round of rain showers will move into southeastern Michigan Saturday morning and continue throughout the morning hours as temperatures climb toward the mid 50s, according to the National Weather Service.

Southeastern Michigan will then dry out for Easter morning before another round of rain makes its way into the region after sunset during the late evening and nighttime hours, according to the National Weather Service.

The rain will linger over into Monday morning when temperatures move toward the 50s across southeastern Michigan, according to the National Weather Service.

There's also another chance for rain Monday night and Tuesday, making it a soggy start to next week, according to the National Weather Service.
