Southeast MI Church Youth Director Charged With Child Sex Crimes: MSP
Police said the leadership of the church has been cooperative and transparent throughout the ongoing investigation.
WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI — A 29-year-old Washtenaw County church employee is facing child sex crime charges, according to Michigan State Police.
Zachary Radcliff, the music and youth director at Oakwood Church in Ypsilanti, facing several criminal sexual conduct charges relating to possessing child sexually abusive material, according to police.
Police started investigating Radcliff on Oct. 2 when they received information that he solicited child porn from a minor, according to police.

Officers then searched Radcliff's office and home, and have identified multiple victims, according to police.
Police said the leadership of the Oakwood Church has been cooperative and transparent throughout the ongoing investigation.

"The information that we received was shocking," said a release from Oakwood Church. "We were told that Zachary had been soliciting inappropriate photos and possibly videos from teens. We have also heard other stories. This information has ripped our hearts apart."
Police are still investigating the incident and urged any other victims to come forward.
