• 34-year-old man arraigned on two murder charges after homicide in Adrian (wlns.com) — A 34-year-old man has been arraigned in Lenawee County on two open murder charges after a double homicide on Frank Street in the city of Adrian. He’s also accused of stealing a vehicle, fleeing police from Madison Township, crashing, and is now held on a $10 million bond pending a February 1 preliminary exam. 
• Police investigate a double homicide in Adrian (wlns.com) — Adrian Police are investigating the deaths of two men found Friday morning at a home on the 900 block of Frank Street, with a person of interest already in custody after a nearby crash. Investigators are asking Adrian residents with any information or witness accounts to contact Detective Sergeant Rufner or email APDTips@adrianmi.gov as the case continues.
• Fourth-Quarter Surge Not Enough as Women's Lacrosse Falls to Calvin, 21-14 (adrianbulldogs.com) — Adrian College’s women’s lacrosse team fell 21–14 to Calvin University at the Sweebe Family Athletic Center in Adrian, despite a seven-goal fourth-quarter surge. The Bulldogs, now 11–4, will host an MIAA quarterfinal game Saturday, with opponent and game time to be announced soon.
